We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 60 days of receiving your order, you're eligible for a refund of your purchase price.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  2. Include your order number
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. You'll receive confirmation of your refund request within 1-2 business days

Important Information About Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your order
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement
  • The refund will appear as "Nofilterneeded" on your statement

Refund Limitations and Conditions

To maintain the integrity of our refund policy and protect our customers, the following limitations apply:

  • Maximum of 3 bottles eligible for refund per customer
  • Orders of 4 or more bottles may require return shipping of unused product
  • Bulk orders may be subject to additional review
  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer, shipping address, or payment method may be denied
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for bulk purchases

Subscription Orders

For subscription orders:

  • Each monthly delivery is eligible for our 60-day guarantee
  • Cancellation of future subscription deliveries does not affect eligibility for refund of current order
  • Refund requests do not automatically cancel future subscription deliveries
  • To cancel your subscription, please email hi@nofilterneeded.co separately

Exceptions and Restrictions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following situations:

  • Multiple refund attempts from the same customer
  • Suspicious ordering patterns
  • Evidence of reselling activity
  • Abuse of our refund policy
  • Orders placed outside our standard terms and conditions
