We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 60 days of receiving your order, you're eligible for a refund of your purchase price.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

- Include your order number
- Provide the reason for your refund request
- You'll receive confirmation of your refund request within 1-2 business days
Important Information About Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your order
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase
- Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement
- The refund will appear as "Nofilterneeded" on your statement
Refund Limitations and Conditions
To maintain the integrity of our refund policy and protect our customers, the following limitations apply:
- Maximum of 3 bottles eligible for refund per customer
- Orders of 4 or more bottles may require return shipping of unused product
- Bulk orders may be subject to additional review
- Multiple refund requests from the same customer, shipping address, or payment method may be denied
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for bulk purchases
Subscription Orders
For subscription orders:
- Each monthly delivery is eligible for our 60-day guarantee
- Cancellation of future subscription deliveries does not affect eligibility for refund of current order
- Refund requests do not automatically cancel future subscription deliveries
- To cancel your subscription, please email hi@nofilterneeded.co separately
Exceptions and Restrictions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following situations:
- Multiple refund attempts from the same customer
- Suspicious ordering patterns
- Evidence of reselling activity
- Abuse of our refund policy
- Orders placed outside our standard terms and conditions
